VISP x OSS 2025

We are proud announce we will be collaborating again this year with VISP!

VISP is a resource and networking organisation for the visual arts in Norway, dedicated to enhancing and supporting the production and dissemination of visual art. They have enabled us to host visits from Rita Marhaug, a multidisciplinary artist from Trykkeriet, and Sissel Lillebostad, an artist and curator from KABUSO.

Rita Marhaug (b. 1965) is a versatile artist who lives and works in Bergen. She works across a range of media including printmaking, drawing, photography, artist books, video, and performance. Marhaug holds a master’s degree from the Bergen Academy of Art and Design and a bachelor’s degree in art history from the University of Bergen. Since the early 1990s, she has held numerous solo exhibitions and has previously served as a professor at the Bergen Academy of Art and Design. During OSS 2025, she represents Trykkeriet.

TRYKKERIET

The Trykkeriet Association was founded in 2009 by Professor Jan Pettersson and Asbjørn Hollerud, and opened to the public in September 2010. Today, the center is run by Asbjørn Hollerud, Daniel Persson, Dino Dikic, Hedvig Thorkildsen, and Rita Marhaug. Since its inception, Trykkeriet has developed into the largest resource center in the Nordic region for the production and dissemination of graphic art. Trykkeriet offers courses, print production, studio rentals, exhibitions, and art print sales. The center is open to all and provides facilities and expertise for all forms of printmaking.
