Marina V. Deryabina is a visual artist. She works with drawing, printmaking and installation. Marina is interested in the visual dialogue between shapes and color — how they interact, balance, and challenge each other. Through minimal forms and color choices, she creates spaces of quiet tension and rhythm, the tension between constructed geometry and organic perception. Nature is a reference point, not its appearance: repetition, evolution, imperfection. The compositions are quiet systems, open to interpretation. Her work reflects on how we experience space, rhythm, and silence of nature. She is drawn to the way color changes meaning and how even the most minimal forms can evoke a sense of movement, memory, or place. Nature doesn’t appear in the work directly, but its logic—cyclical, fragile, adaptive—shapes how she builds each composition.

Marina holds a MA of Art and Material Design from the Ural State University, Ekaterinburg (RU). Visual communication and Media Arts from the Noroff School of technology and digital media, Oslo (NO).
Membership:  Norwegian Visual Artists Association (NBK), the regional branch NBK-R, og GRAFILL Norwegian Association for visual communication.

Marina has exhibited in a number of places including in the UK, Spain, Norway, Russia and the USA.
